Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your location.
- The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
2. Account
- If you sign in via LINE or Telegram, you are responsible for the security of that linked account.
- One account per person.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity;
- Misrepresent your age or identity;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the catalogue, photos, or other media;
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service;
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All catalogue photos, design assets, and copy are owned by StarX or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content through the Service. No other rights are granted.
5. Bookings & Coordination
- The booking flow and the LINE / Telegram handoff are provided as a coordination tool to help you reach the concierge.
- StarX does not guarantee that any specific session will occur — availability depends on the listed member's own schedule.
- Any payment terms are stated at the time of booking. Unless required otherwise by law, completed arrangements are final.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of catalogue data, or any specific outcome.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarX's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or USD 100.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify StarX against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the Service, you accept it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with at least 14 days' notice for account holders.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
